Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Within 30 Days: Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused & Unwashed: Products must be in original, unused condition
  • Original Packaging: Items must be in original, undamaged packaging
  • Tags Intact: All original tags and labels should be attached
  • No Signs of Use: No wear, stains, or damage from use
Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return a Product
