Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Within 30 Days: Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Unused & Unwashed: Products must be in original, unused condition
- Original Packaging: Items must be in original, undamaged packaging
- Tags Intact: All original tags and labels should be attached
- No Signs of Use: No wear, stains, or damage from use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Made-to-order products
- Gift card purchases
How to Return a Product
Follow these steps to process your return:
Contact Support
Email us at hello@kidozikids.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your return request and send you a return authorization number (RMA) within 48 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide (with your RMA number).
Inspection
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to verify it meets return conditions (2-3 business days).
Refund or Exchange
Upon approval, we'll process your refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
